Anker PowerCore Speed 20000 PD

Anker has just released another new power bank called: PowerCore 20000 PD, from the name you would know it has over 20000mah and the PD is the interesting bit - power delivery.

Opening the traditional Anker's white and blue package you can find the PowerCore itself and also a travel pouch, USB-C to USB-C cable and USB-A to Micro USB cable. It is long but not too big to fit in a winter coat, or my backpack, with this size but it has 21000mah capacity which is amazing! I use it with my Macbook Pro 2016 touchbar version, interestingly it can charge the Macbook Pro. Also it has a normal USB port which can let me charge my phone and watch using my own cables.

I only have one suggestion, as this is the UK version, unlike the US version which has a wall adaptor, I would think a USB-A to USB-C cable would be nice to include in the package too, for people who doesn't have a USB C wall charger.

I give this product 5 out of 5! I would recommend to anyone needs a power bank with power delivery, you can get it from Amazon: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Delivery-Anker-PowerCore-20100mAh-Portable/dp/B071JWNQ8Y

Anker PowerLine III Lightning Cable review

Anker PowerLine III Lightning Cable is the latest cable from Anker, it charges my iPhone X and super strong and easy to clean.  It is super simple to use, just like the stock cable plug and play, you can plug on a wall socket, computer or a powerbank.  This new version of the cable is super strong and can take 25k bends and it has a textured skin which means it will get more grip when you plugin and out. the material is a new one with super easy clean property i tried with a normal wet wipe some dirt is gone from the cable.

Anker USB C Charger, 18W PIQ 3.0 Fast Charger Adapter, PowerPort III Nano USB C Wall Charger

The Anker new 18W USB-C charger comes in traditional Anker blue and white packaging: Inside there is the charger and documents including manual and the "Happy Card". Comparing to my iPad Air charger and also my iPhone charger, it is clearly a winner, the iPad charger is 12W and iPhone is merely 5w, but similar sized Anker one is 18w.  Plugged into the UK socket, it leaves a very small footprint and doesn't affect anything else, comparing to my MacBook Pro's charger the Anker one is like a baby :) Then I tested charging various devices: Anker PowerCore Essential 20000 PD: Xiaomi Mi 8: Nintendo Switch: and my trusted iPhone 7 Plus (no fast charging but good to see backward compatibility): Conclusion : The new Anker 18W USB-C charger is clearly the winner, it is the first charger build into a UK plug shaped body, very compact in size, thanks to the GaN technology it provides a whooping 18W charging for the size. Roav by Anker, Bluetooth Receiver

Roav has just released another bluetooth receiver, this time a simple and easy to use device which allows you to have hands free and music in car or even at home. The Roav bluetooth receiver comes in the orange and white paper packaging with Roav's colour scheme. Inside the package there is the round disc receiver itself along with the usb and aux cable. The nice touch is the usb and aux cable is bundled together, and this is really what this receiver needs a single cable with two connections! I tried using it at home, connected to my home cinema system, I could play music loud with my phone in the pocket and answer any calls. Both the voice and music are clear and loud, the microphone is great too, the other side hear me very well, I could use this for a conference call when needed. One small suggestion would be turn the outer ring into a volume control turning wheel much like the old iPod, this is just for fun not a necessity. I highly recommend this, with a 5 stars full
